How Do I buy gold support?

You can purchase Gold Support as part of your Drink Command installation. For details on pricing go to our Estimator – our Gold Support pricing is available in the last step of the Estimator.

If you already have a Drink Command system and would like to upgrade to Gold Support, you can do so at any time by contacting our sales team. You will be able to immediately enjoy all the benefits of Gold Support including bringing your system software up to the date with the latest release.

Is there a minimum contract for Gold Support?

Gold Support is purchased in advance in 12 month blocks. Discounts are available for purchasing longer support periods in advance – contact us for a quotation.

What if I don’t want gold support?

No problem! All of our systems are sold with lifetime software licenses – your system will never ‘expire’. Also included with every system is free lifetime support by email only. Response times for free email support are not as fast as Gold Support – but no matter how long ago you bought your Drink Command system, our support team will respond within 48 hours of your email to us.
